- We want to share with you the steps we are taking to ensure that you and our driver executives have a safe journey.
- We are mandating the use of masks by drivers and passengers at all times in our vehicles.
- The vehicle and wheelchair are sanitised after each trip.There is a plastic sheet separating the driver and the passengers.
- As per latest guidelines, all taxis are to operate with half of their passenger capacity.
- Until June 15 2021, we will be operating with a capacity of Wheelchair passenger + 3 co-passengers.
- We will only be servicing bookings that qualify as essential travel i.e. travel for medical reasons such as vaccinations, medical and healthcare related appointments, chemotherapy, dialysis etc.
- We are accepting online payments at this time. If you are a senior citizen and online payments require you to go to a bank, please speak to our booking executives and we will try and work out an option for you.
- Lastly, we are actively monitoring the evolving coronavirus situation and will be taking appropriate steps as per any updated government guidelines.
